Need a Breakfast Casserole Recipe

My 4 grandchildren, our daughter and her hubby r coming to visit first week in June.

I need some breakfast ideas that are easy so I hopefully can prepare them the night before and just pop in the oven in the morning.

They are early risers and this is the first time they have been able to come and see us in AZ. They live in PA.

I appreciate any and all of your ideas.
