An organization I do volunteer work with is going to have a presence at the city's annual "Pops in the Park" concert; one of the things we'll be offering is a bake sale.

So...outdoors, middle of the afternoon, heat, humidity. Do any of you have any ideas for things that will sell well, are pretty sturdy, and are relatively easy to make? They want individually packaged items - like cupcakes, or 2-3 cookies in a baggie - so that leaves out all my specialties, like cheesecake, coffee cakes, etc.
