Need Help - Convection Cooking

Asking help twice in one day - I also received a toaster/convection oven for Christmas (again, limited directions for use of the convection). Any advice on how to convert regular recipes (either by decreased time or temperature) would be appreciated. Is there a general rule??? Thanx in advance.
