Eating noodles is the easiest way to forklift as many delicious carbs into your mouth at once, making them a national favorite. The term has become a catch-all for all things pasta, spaghetti, macaroni and dorm-friendly ramen, which means there’s a dish out there for everyone, no matter your sauce and topping preferences.

I had them yesterday, elbows in chili Mac.  I never met a noodle that I didn't like !

I'm addicted to Simply Asia Japanese Style Ramen Noodles.  So many ways to use them for fast, easy meals.

I especially like them with shrimp cooked in a lemon butter sauce then poured over the noodles.

I love all kinds of "noodles" but have to admit that, though I rarely eat it, the title made me think of ramen noodles. There was a time in my life when I lived on them, out of necessity. I keep a package of both frozen Stouffer's turkey tetrazzini and Lean Cuisine spaghetti with meatballs in the freezer at all times. I've even been known to eat angel hair pasta with parmesan cheese for dinner. I try to watch my carb intake but life is so short.

No noodles here.  We haven't eaten traditional pasta, in any form, in over five years.  We did, however, enjoy spaghetti squash on Saturday.  It's one of our pasta alternatives now.
