I don't know if the recipes are also online.  I use online sources almost exclusively, but I still have a small selection of cookbooks that make me smile - in particular, some vintage Betty Crocker cookbooks.

I got married in 1982 and at that time, the Bisquick Impossible Pie recipes were very popular.  I've made the Zucchini Pie, for instance, many, many times over the years. I'm not sure if it's in the book.  I'm going to look through the book and I'll post a couple of interesting ones for you to see before you order.

Now that you mentioned the "impossible pies", which I remember hearing about for ages in Bisquick advertising campaigns, I looked those recipes up on the Bisquick/Betty Crocker website.  Many  look so good that I'm buying a box of Bisquick next time I'm at the store.......nostalgia meets the modern dinner table!

I have made those mini crab cake pies...got the recipe off the Betty Crocker site..I subbed green onion for the onion, Swiss for the Mozzarella and added a dash of Worcestershire...really good!

Oh house_cat now what am I going to do?  I ordered it a couple of weeks ago and then cancelled as I didn't think I could justify the cost and now you post those beautiful pictures and interesting recipe . . . sigh . . . off to Amazon I go . . .
