Mushroom Soup Substitute

I'm looking for a lower calorie substitute for cream of mushroom soup. I did buy the lower calorie kind, but the recipe I'm making is a Paula Deen one and you all know how many calories her recipes can and does have. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
