I agree, I only put a dash of sugar in my coffee and avoid sugar completely as much as possible.  And those fake sugars and the stevia are just chemicals, I stay away from them also.

I'm going to use 1/2T and try it that way. They do look good!

@northiie57   Oh thanks,   I just wanted to make sure the sugar wasn't necessary for it to rise or anything. I think applesauce, or other sweetness would be good then.

THIS works for me.    I keep one or two in the freezer "just in case"...
