I just use an ordinary cake mix.  Add a spoonful of oil, stir well with enough water to make it batter consistency and bake in microwave.  I've never measured anything.  Always comes out fine.  Add anything you wish, chips, nuts etc.

The chocolate mug cake and mocha mug cake have no liquid mentioned. Not sure I would trust any of these "recipes." And no cooking time is given.

looks good.  But, why so much sugar?  2T for each mug is a lot of sugar.  I am not on any diet that cuts use of sugar, I just don't eat it much in recipes I make at home.   I hate stevia and fake sugars as well. Why purpose does the sugar serve?  Is applesauce an option.

for sure you can customize.....my sister is diabetic and uses her own spin of ingredients.......for me is use just a dab of maple syrup in most of these as an option ....stevia gives me a big headache so I cannot either

Wow, I've never heard of mug cakes, they look so simple and delicious.
