Key Lime Pie in a Glass:

Limeade, splash of vanilla extract & rum extract, splash of pineapple juice, splash of half and half (optional), whirl in a blender with ice. Top with whipped cream from a can and a cherry.

For booze version - substitute vanilla vodka and spiced rum for extracts.

Pomegranate Martini Mocktail, from my Philosophy shower gel bottle! Smile

2 oz. soda water

1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

2 oz. fresh pomegranate juice

1 oz. simple syrup

1/2 cup crushed ice

Add liquid ingredients to blender with crushed ice. Mix until well combined. Rim a chilled cocktail glass with lemon juice and sugar. Pour into glass. Garnish with orange peel and serve.

There's also a Peach Bellini Mocktail, but I didn't buy that shower gel and can't find the recipe online.
