Thanks for posting. I didn’t go through them all but found some very interesting and worth a try. Dr Pepper meatball, taco meatball.

1/2 lb very lean ground beef

1/2 lb ground pork

1/4 tsp salt

1 small onion, diced

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (dried oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, and sage)

3/4 tsp dried oregano

3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1/2 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs

 

Mix beef, pork, salt, onion, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce in bowl.  Mix in milk, Parmesan, and panko.  Form into 1 1/2" balls and place on oiled baking sheet.  Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Love meatballs--just made turkey meatballs and threw a jar of mushroom gravy over them,---- I know, I was in a hurry-----served them with leftover mashed cauliflower and it was delicious!!! the hubs ate and ate---love  me some meatballs!!!
