Marshmallow Cloud Cookies

3 cups flour

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar..packed firmly

1 cup butter...softened

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

12 ounces chocolate chips

8 ounces MINI marshmallows......FROZEN

FREEZE marshmallows before making. Preheat oven to 400*. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Set aside. Combine sugars. Cream in butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat til light and fluffy. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips. Using mixer, blend on LOW speed. Batter will be stiff. Put about 5 frozen marshmallows in your hand. Cover the marshmallows with a heaping teaspoon of dough. Wrap the marshmallows in the dough making about a 2 inch ball. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
