I also posted this recipe several years ago but thought that I would post it again especially with the Super Bowl coming up. This is a great and very easy recipe to make and tastes really yummy. The longer you marinate them the better they are.

Marinated Chicken Wings

1 CUP WATER

ÂĽ CUP OIL

½ CUP SUGAR

½ CUP SOY SAUCE

GARLIC

DRIED MINCED ONIONS

GINGER (POWDERED OR FRESH) OPTIONAL

Marinate over night and then either grill or place in oven and bake.

When I bake mine I usually bake mine at 375 degrees for approx. 45 minutes.

I marinate mine in a Ziploc bag and then place in a bowl in the refrigerator either for the day or overnight. Try to rotate the bag several times while marinating.

Hi Chihuahualuv...... I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. I use the fresh ginger when I make mine.
