I hope you ladies enjoy this salad as much as we as well as our dinner guests do.

2 lbs. carrots (1" pieces) 3/4 cup vinegar 1 can tomato soup

1/2 cup oil 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. salt 1 med. onion, sliced 1 tsp. prepared mustard

slivered almonds (I toast mine)

Cook carrots only until tender. Cover with above sauce. Refrigerate. Keeps indefinitely in the the fridge.
