@qualitygal  Yum.   I just printed your recipe.  Sounds right my alley and something DH  will like.

 

Earlier today whipped up some homemade chicken soup for dinner tonight.  DH's doctor prescribed him Victoza.  It has really affected his desire to eat. He has no appetite and he says nothing tastes good anymore.    It was enjoyable to see him chow down on the soup and chicken.
