This is another one of my old tried and true....

4-6 pork chops (wafer thin sliced does not do well)

3/4 ( or maybe a little more) soy sauce

1/2 (or maybe a little more) lemon juice

generous splash of vegatable/olive oil

Place chops in zip loc bag, add other ingredients, amounts depend on the amount of chops you have, marinate does not have to cover chops, and marinate in refrig for several hours, or overnight. Shake/turn bag every so often. Remove chops from marinate and grill/broil until just done, never over cook pork. This is a tangy twist that makes them delicious without a sauce on them.
