Twice baked...russet potatoes baked in oven 350.  Then cut lengthwise and scooped out potatoes in a large bowl.  Added butter, sharp cheddar cheese,, sour cream, garlic and onion  powder, salt/pepper.   Mash all together and fill potatoe skins,  top with cooked crumbled bacon and bake again for 15-20 minutes.   Once out of the oven I topped with sliced scallions and a little more bacon.  You can add more butter if you like.

One of these evenings, we'll have surf n' turf and I was thinking DH would like a side of twice baked potatoes.

I’ve made these types of potatoes for special occasions for years.  I like to bring them for pot-luck dinners, and everyone likes them.

Hahaha,  you made me laugh🤣!!   I do the same when I see a recipe or watch chefs on t.v.  if I like it, I run out next day and buy everything and cook it up.  ENJOY YOUR 10LBS OF LOADED POTATOES...Let me know how you like it😁
