Low Carb baking!

Just made a batch of pancakes for DH who has been lowcarb for several months.....he was skeptical with only 2 carbs each.....but loved them! They taste better than Bisquick pancakes imo......Carbquick baking mix is available online at netrition.ccom.......flat rate shipping so I also ordered Dreamfields lasagna pasta which I have not seen in stores.....I highly recommend the Carbquick...will be making cheddar bay biscuits like Red Lobster tonight and chicken pot pie tomorrow......going to make it so much easier for us to eat lowcarb
