Looking for a Breakfast -Rye Bread French Toast Recipe..

I have some very good and soft rye bread that I want to make into french toast and for a sweetener of the egg/milk mixture, I want to use Stevia.

Does anyone have a special recipe for breakfast french toast made from rye bread ?
