I took that tip from Meredith too!  SO easy to grate the cold butter!  She did that w/ her no roll Buttermilk Biscuits which I love and are so easy!

I pretty much do that technique of grating butter for any recipe that calls for cutting cold butter into ingredients, you are so right it's super easy !!!!
