Hello,
Does anyone have a recipe and cooking instructions for air fryer 5-6lb turkey breast? Brine, dry brine, marinade, cooking times? Thank you.

Let us know how it turns out. Deb Murray was on HSN for years before going to Evine. She is a chef and caterer.

Yes, I have followed Deb over the years. I bought the Paula Deen large airfryer so I am looking forward to airfrying the turkey breast. I like that Deb's recipe uses a lower temp for most of the cooking and then a higher temp to crsip up the turkey. Definitely will have my thermometer on hand. I also might just do a dry brine instead of the cajun injection as noted in her recipe.
