Possibly a cobbler? Something simple were I can use a can(s) of peaches from the grocery store. It is for my husbands work on Monday, Memorial Day. People are already bringing in dishes with different berries. I thought I'd try something new and different....

Worring is like rocking back and and forth in a rocking chair. It gives you something do to, but gets you nowhere!

I have several peach cobbler recipes. This is the one I use when I'm taking cobbler to an event or someone's house, because it reheats well - even in a microwave. (Some cobbler recipes only taste good right out of the oven.) This is a crisp, rather than a traditional cobbler. It also makes a good quicky dessert for dinner.
This can easily be doubled; use a 9 X 13 dish.
Peach Crisp
Better Homes & Gardens
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1 (29 ounce) can of sliced peaches, drained
3/4 cup Quick Quaker Oats (5 minute oats)
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup flour
6 tablespoons cold butter
Place peaches in 8” round or square Pyrex dish. Combine rest of ingredients, cutting in butter using a pastry blender. Sprinkle over peaches.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Good served with vanilla ice cream (Bluebell Homemade Vanilla is best!)
