LoLa, thanks for another great pie recipe (already tried the coconut cream pie)! This makes a big pie I used a TT 1 qt. baker and it worked great. Very good & lots of lemon flavor! This is another keeper for the next time the family gets together.

Hi skuggles! That's awesome!! You are so very welcome. I just wrap it up well and pop it into the fridge. However, it doesn't last long at our house...lol It'll still be cold, just not freezer cold.
