These looked so good that I went out to buy the ingredients but got lazy and bought a box of Krustz Lemon Bars instead. LOL

These are nothing like lemon bars - they have more of a brownie texture!

I made these yesterday and I think they are awesome. Thank you so much for the recipe! I could eat the entire pan. I love anything lemon/lime/key lime. I was thinking about changing the lemon ingredients to lime/key lime and I'll bet that would be really good as well.

I got these made and they are really, really good. I like them cold and like someone said, even better the next day or two. Lime would be outrages like mallmo said. What a nice tray of brownies these would make in the two flavors for summer. This is a keeper for me.

I like the lime idea - if anyone tries it, let us now how they turned out! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1} Orange might work as well...maybe with mini chocolate chips....

Thanks so much for this recipe! It was SO easy and fast. I always have these ingredients in the house! I love lemon and this has a delicious tart lemon flavor. Not a hint of lemon...but LEMON! LOVE!

I used the zest of 2 lemons...one in the brownie and then another one in the glaze. Between this and the Linguine w/ clam sauce I was making...I was going to use 2 whole lemons anyways. So I zested them both.

Loved them cold also! I liked the more brownie like consistency. Anytime I need an additional quick dessert..this will be my go to!

I am glad it is an 8x8 pan size. Had it been for 13X9 or I doubled it...I would have eaten them all in 2 days!

Just baked these and used GF flour and one packet of TRUE lemon in the lemon juice to make them a little stronger on the lemon! DELISH......

Thank you so much! These are way easier than lemon bars!

Where is TRUE lemon located in the grocery store? I've never heard of it before. TIA!
