Leftover cabbage?

I bought a head of cabbage to make golombki (stuffed cabbage rolls) with, and used only a dozen or so leaves of it, and cut up a little to put in the bottom of the pot. I usually throw the rest away, because I don't know what to do with it. Any suggestions?
