favorite ham leftover recipe?

We have cut the meat off the bone. Froze the hambone for soup later and froze some of the meat too. So what are your favorite recipide besides sandwiches? Only 2 of us and hate leftovers that go on forever but husband insisted on a "traditional" meal.
