Layered Pasta Salad

1 1/2 cups medium shell macaroni...UNcooked

1 tablespoon oil

2 cups lettuce...shredded

1 cup ham..chopped

4 boiled eggs...sliced

1 (10 ounce) pkg. frozen peas..thawed and drained

1 cup Monterrey jack cheese..shredded

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 green onions...finely sliced

salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Combine oil with macaroni and toss to coat. Im large bowl, layer lettuce, macaroni, ham, egg slices, peas and cheese. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly over salad sealing to edge of bowl. Cover bowl tightly and chill at least 12 hours. Toss before serving.
