Coming from Queen of the Cookie Snob herself:

I have found I LOVE the KA Goodness Choco Chip cookie mix!!!!

I am known for making great cookies, (but I just don't have the time lately and we do not need the tempation around the house.)  but someone asked me to make cookies for a cause...........and due to my schedule I needed to cheat.

I have to say that KA was a savior!!!  The cookies are yummy and a snap to make.

I used a mixer to mix the butter, sugar, egg together then added the mix gently stir and ready for the oven.  

I had several dozen cookies and totally cleaned up in a flash.

The Essential Goodness line has several items in the collection.  I will have to try others.

@chips  Don't forget to check out your local grocery store!  Several stores around me carry it.

Thanks so much for this rec.  I'm in a knee high boot for 8 weeks and am not supposed to bake, but think with this mix I can pull it off.  Sounds really good.  My local store has some KA products, so am hoping they have this in stock.
