A lady at my church makes these from a recipe she got from the back of a box of lime Jello:

1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

3/4 cup boiling water

3 oz package lime Jello

1 cup ice cubes

8 oz softened cream cheese

1 can sweetened condensed milk

3/4 cup lime juice

2 cups thawed Cool Whip

Mix cracker crumbs and butter.  Press into bottom of plastic-lined 9" square baking pan.  Refrigerate.

Mix boiling water and Jello in bowl until dissolved.  Stir in ice cubes until thickened.

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer in another bowl until creamy.  Slowly beat in milk, and then lime juice.  Beat in Jello mixture.  Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip.  Pour over chilled crust.

Refrigerate for 6 hours.  Cover top with 1 cup Cool Whip just before serving.  Remove from pan by lifting edges of plastic wrap.
