Thought I'd share one of my favorites -

Unbaked pie shell 9" Preheated oven 55-60 minutes

8 oz shredded cheddar or cheese mixture of choice

2 med onions & 1 small pepper, chopped & sauteed (separated in half)

1 1/2 C cooked kielbasa (separated in half) *

10-12 slices of kielbasa to garnish

1/4 C flour

1 tsp seasoned salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp dried parsley

3 eggs

1 C milk

crumbled cooked bacon

Spread 1/2 cheese evenly in shell. Top with 1/2 onion-pepper mixture. Layer 1/2 ham.

Add second layer.

In small bowl, combine flour, spices. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating with wisk. Add milk and wisk. Pour over filling in crust.

Arrange kielbasa slices and sprinkle bacon on top

Bake until firm & slightly browned

* Alternates to kielbasa - ham, shrimp, crabmeat or cooked veggies, well drained
