@Carmie, I want to thank you for telling me about that brand of pastry, & also for your strudel inspiration.
I’ve made 3 so far, (today’s was peach w/ a layer of sweetened cream cheese) & I'm planning on making the apple version to add to our upcoming Thanksgiving feast.
It’s the perfect addition, & sooo much easier than a pie! 👍


I do precook the fruit.

@sabatini   I am happy this worked out for you.  My husband just loves it

I make them two at a time, but so far only apple.  I don't precook the apple. I just dice small.
