There's a theme .... pot luck recipe.   I'm a big fan of spinach/feta anything .

Cut up a package of (4) chicken/feta/spinach sausage

Cut up onion

Chopped garlic

2 cups chicken broth

1 bag frozen vegetables

1 box of spinach/feta pierogi

Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup.

On high - probably four hours or so.

I have a container of Feta Cheese for garnish.

Perogi is totally new to me.  I saw it was a Polish dumpling, but they didn't say what if anything was in it.  Can you explain?  Thanks!Smiley Happy

It's like a Polish ravioli or a pot sticker.  Circle of a pasta dough filled and folded in half.

I buy the Mrs. T's frozen pierogies.  They come in various fillings - my fave is the spinach/feta.

They are really good if you do them in the oven - and then dip in some tangy dressing or sauce.  There's a Vdalia Onion salad dressing that is fantastic for dipping.  A good ranch dressing is also good.

Lots of recipes online if you want to try them

They also come in cheese or potato fillings.

@ALRATIBA  I had the spinach/feta and the sweet potato and onion the other night. They were very good.

@ECBG , I think you'll find them maybe by frozen french fries, onion rings and that kind of thing. Now I'm thinking of getting a pack. Haven't had them in ages.

Frozen food section .... in my supermarket - between the frozen vegetables and the frozen dinners.

Usually in the same place you find blntzes, latkes, etc.  Ethnic foods.

I love them pan seared in butter with lots of onions!

I never saw spinach and feta ones though.  Thanks for suggesting!  I am a Feta Fanatic!
