JUST MADE THE CAKE BOX COOKIES

Since I had the oven going....350* for a pork roast for dinner (it's not too terribly hot today), I decided to make the cake mix cookies mentioned here earlier.

I chose a Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Decadent Carrot Cake mix from my pantry and followed the instructions for the cookies. I used 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and added 2 tblsps. water. Had to bake them a little longer about 12 minutes (think because of the size) BUT THEY ARE DELICIOUS, and how easy. My DH will be surprised........ I don't usually bake things for dessert. Thanks to all the posters and of course the originator!
