BROCCOLI FISH BAKE

1 pkg. (10 oz) broccoli, cooked and drained

1 lb fresh (or thawed) firm white fillets (cod, haddock, halibut, hake)

1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of broccoli soup

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 Tbsp dry bread crumbs

1 tsp melted butter

1/8 tsp Paprika

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Arrange broccoli in 2 qt baking dish, top with fish fillets.

Mix soup and milk. Pour over fish.

Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, melted butter, and Paprika. Sprinkle over the top of the dish.

Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes. (OR you can bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes)
