Instant Pudding Dessert

Mix together:

1 1/4 cups flour

1 1/4 sticks butter...melted

1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix together then pat in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

In a bowl, combine:

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 of a 9 ounce container cool whip (use the other half at the end)

Mix together then put on cooled crust.

Beat together:

1 regular size box INSTANT chocolate pudding mix

1 regular size box INSTANT vanilla pudding mix

3 cups cold milk

Beat well then spread over the top of the cream cheese layer.

Spread the remaining half of the cool whip over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts or shaved chocolate on the top. Refrigerate.
