I still have some nice sized slices of ham from Easter so for dinner tonight I am going to cook 2 bonless chicken breasts and the slice the up. Then I will put down a slice of ham top with a slice of chicken and a slice of swiss cheese. Maybe I'll put in a few asparagus pieces too. then I'll roll them up and close with toothpicks. Dip them in egg wash and panko crumbs and bake about 25 min. If my husband wants gravy, I'll pou over a can of cream of chicken soup diluted alittle. Of course I will season them a little with one of my Penzey's blends.
That will finish off all the ham and asparagus.
