I just purchased a Cuisinart indoor grill. What is your favorite recipe for your indoor grill?

My Mom and one of my sons have the Cuisinart Griddler. My loves hers to cook a small steak, lamb chops and hamburgers. She is 87 years young and this griddler is much easier for her to deal with then using an outdoor grill - plus cleanup is a breeze. My son makes Paninis, burgers, hot dogs and just make a steak the other day. He has also used it to make pancakes and scrambled eggs. It's a great item for apartment or condo living. I'm even considering purchasing one. HTH

I have had an indoor grill for years, I love my Foreman with the removable plates, very easy to clean.

I make simple grilled foods on it, its best to marinate a bit before to make sure the food stays moist and do not over cook.

Its also great for grilled veggies

I have had the Cuisinart Griddler for several years. I cook lamb chops and steaks on it. Also marinated boneless skinless chicken thighs. It is great for panini's. I grill vegetables on it. Also grilled fresh pineapple with vanilla ice cream is a great dessert. Love the easy clean-up and that is small enough that it is easy to put away in cupboard. Enjoy it!

PS: I should mention I previously had bought a couple of other brands of indoor grills but they never got hot enough.

How do you like it so far? I am considering one as well.

I like it so far. I've tried burgers and steaks and grilled onions and vegetables. I want to get a little more adventurous with Panini's. Tonight I will be cooking boneless chicken thighs. I'd like to try to make some sort of potato on the grill but I'm not quite sure if I need to pre-cook first. After I cook the meat I put a can of mushrooms on the grill to cook. They turned out great! I am also going to try garlic bread.

If anyone has any ideas about cooking potatoes I would appreciate it!

Bluebird - I have seen recipes for using frozen hashbrowns. I think you could use fresh ones as well. I would micro/steam sliced potatoes first, then baste and grill - might be good!

I made grilled brusell sprouts and salmon for my hubby on our George Forman last night, I have the one with the interchangeable plates.

I par cooked the sprouts and marinated the salmon for a few minutes, then cooked them in the deep tray that has no run off, he loved it
