Don't like Stevia, don't trust Truvia. Mercola likes xylitol. How about honey? I know the carbs are the same but at least there are some benefits.

I will try the pumpkin! I have made the ""impossible pie"" recipe for years now in various forms; DH likes cheeseburger the best but also the coconut....I use Carbquick instead of Bisquick....it has almost no carbs in it so it helps a lot. Can buy it online only; not sold around here.
