ISO make ahead brunch recipes

Starting to stress about next weekend! In addition to doing Christmas Eve at my house I am contributing to a Christmas Day brunch ( for which I have never cooked/baked ). I have several strata recipes and a couple of potato recipes to chose from but am thinking perhaps a french toast recipe or something along that line. I'll need to prepare it early on Christmas Eve day in order to have time to prepare for my evening as well as getting to church. I'm also working the first three nights of the week.

Will need to serve about 10. Any ideas?
