Recently came across a new approach to the traditional deviled egg.  (I'm sticking to my traditional ones, though).

12 hard-cooked eggs

1/4 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons dry Ranch dresssing mix

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Parsley sprinkled on filled eggs as a garnish.

Here's another one that might already be mentioned here.........

Dash of sugar

1/2 cup Miracle Whip

Enough sandwich spread to moisten mashed yolks to desired consistency.  (I believe this refers to the spread that contains pickle relish, but not sure).

Garnish with sliced pimiento, tiny parsley sprigs.
