ISO Baked Egg Recipe

I'm looking for an egg recipe for my Easter brunch. If anyone has one that can be made ahead of time and baked in the oven and would like to share it, I'd appreciate it. It would be for approx. 12 people and would be great if the recipe did not have any veggies or meat in it.
