IMPOSSIBLE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Good morning all! Hope everyone is having fun baking cookies for the holidays. I just found this recipe online and was curious if anyone here had ever made these. They got great reviews and there are a ton of this recipe online by different websites.

I might just have to try this!!

1 cup smooth peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all 3 ingredients until smooth. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto parchment lined cookie sheets. With a fork press cookies one way and then the other.

Bake 10-12 minutes, Do not brown, do not overbake!

No flour at all in cookies!
