Brussel sprouts, shallots, pears, in olive oil, sea salt with thyme. Then sprinkled with fresh lemon juice.

It is so aromatic. I will come back and tell you how it is.

Really good, I do not think I will ever eat Brussel sprouts, any other way than roasted, and the other ingredients make it sweet and savory.
