UPDATE

To all........Success!  whew.gif

 

Slow baked lamb shoulder chop came out beautifully.  Meat fell right off the bone.  So much so, I had 4 juicy pieces to turn over instead of 2. Smiley LOL

I should have stated that in my persoal opinion, like venison, lamb has its own unique taste.
