Re: How do you like your tuna fish?

Miracle Whip, Relish, chopped egg, tiny bit of mustard, ground black pepper.

Albacore (in water, not oil), with a little mayo, pickle relish, sometimes dried cranberries or small bits of pecans.  Either on sourdough bread or on top of a shredded bed of lettuce.  Yummy

Re: How do you like your tuna fish?

I don't like fish of any kind so I have to add in a bunch of stuff when making tuna. Couple cans/pkgs of tuna with a large can of chicken or left over chicken breast, add in onion, orange yellow and red bell peppers, pickles, julienne carrots, avocado, celery, cucumber, garbanzo beans...and I may have forgotten a thing of two.  I call it slop.  Smiley Happy  Slop served oven a bed of baby spinach.

Anyway ever have cream tuna fish?  Growing up, my mom used to make it and serve over toast. So good, only way I would eat tuna back then.

I like it not processed in Asia.  It isn't easy but you can find tuna from elsewhere.  I like it in tuna salad or just with hot sauce on it.

Most of the mixtures here look tasty.  I would add a little lemon juice for zing.

I love tuna salad with mayo, etc.  I can eat it with hard boiled eggs chopped, and a can of drained peas, tuna and mayo -- it makes a nice salad.  Also, tuna with mayo, dill relish, onion powder, little pepper.  I like Panera's tuna salad too.   Cat Very Happy

Re: How do you like your tuna fish?

I make tuna salad fairly often. . .with mayo, lime pickles, a little minced onion, boiled eggs, and celery.  When my mom served tuna my dad, a beef farmer, would always ask "are we out of meat"??  When our son was in the (baseball ) minors he often ate in sub sandwich places and always ordered a tuna and turkey sandwich (which seems an odd comblination to me but proten packed!).
