I am going to try Dr. Fuhrman's 7 day diet as seen on the Dr. Oz show.
The 90/10 Rule is simple and effective. Consume 90% as vegetables, nuts, beans, whole grains and fruits and 10% as healthy oils, meat and dairy. BOM your fat with Berries, Onions and Mushrooms.
Being creative with stir fry, baked eggplant and vegetable pizza recipes can take the boredom out vegetables. Low-fat dairy and olive oil can also add some flavor.
