How Do You Prepare Zucchini...

when you are making bread? Do u use a food processor with a particular blade, your Ninja or a hand held grater?

AND how do u freeze your zucchini{#emotions_dlg.confused1}

I want to prepare some zucchini for use now to make some bread and I also want to prepare some to freeze for baking later.

Do u put a measured portion in a small freezer bag?
