I, too, enjoy it on pizza and rice. Drizzled on cream cheese with crackers. Fried Chicken of any kind ( including wings). Watermelon with added lime zest. On top of smashed avocado with onion powder and lemon juice on really good sourdough toast.oh man I wrote this while hungry. I need to stop.

Big yes to all things posted here. I make hot honey using siracha sauce---it's kickier and has a nice flavor.
