I'm not a huge hot chocolate fan, but if I do have it, I like it not so watery and rich tasting and more towards milk chocolate than dark. There was a restaurant way back when that had a machine that the hot chocolate would come out of and it was the best and a little thicker. Does anyone have a recipe or tips that gives you that richer tasting hot chocolate? TIA!
