2 sq. baking chocolate OR 6 Tbsp cocoa

1/2 cup butter or margarine

2 cups confectioners sugar

1 small (5oz) can evaporated milk

Melt the butter & chocolate in medium saucepan.

Remove from heat & add sugar & evaporated milk alternately.

Stir until smooth.

Return to heat; simmer for 8-10 minutes. STIR OCCASIONALLY

Serve over ice cream or pound cake!
