Honey Beer Bread

Found this on Pininterest and made this morning. Lunch was 2 warm slices with margarine and peanut butter

3 cups flour

2 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

2 tbsp. honey

12 oz. beer

4 tbsp. butter-melted (I used margarine)

Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in beer and honey. Grease a loaf pan. (I sprayed mine with veg. spray). Pour 1/2 melted butter in bottom of pan and then put batter in pan. Pour the rest butter over the top. Bake 50-60 minutes in 350 degree oven.
